Right, so as a South African living in Europe for the past 20 years , I have had numerous bad experiences with Biltong supplies. I recently took delivery of a kilo of biltong and put it straight in the bio bin. It’s was terrible. "Eerst wist ik niet zo goed of het nu bij mij past qua smaak en structuur. Ik had er een aantal dagen wat stukjes van gegeten en ik kon er nog niet aan wennen. Ik lust overigens ook niet graag beef jerky, dus ik moest even wennen. Maar sinds een paar dagen ben ik echt verslaafd!
