Shipping policy
Cost: applicable to weight of order and destination address.
Returning an order will incur costs to your person. All shipping fees are non refundable. You will be charged for returning an order to Runder.nl. This will be the same cost as it was for sending the package to you.
Delivery within The Netherlands: Generally 1-3 working days after dispatch has commenced. Any packages being sent to residential addresses may be delivered on the weekend. In some circumstances packages can go missing with the shipping carrier. In this circumstance, the shipping carrier requests up to 10 additional working days to correct the issue. We reserve the right to allow the shipping carrier to rectify the issue before we dispatch a new order.
In the case of the carrier not being able to fix the problem of a missing parcel, due to the incorrect credentials or shipping details provided to Runder by the customer, through ordering on our website, Runder will not be held liable for the missing package, its contents nor be obligated to resend the package or provide a refund. We rely on being provided accurate information from the customer, in order for Runder to be able to deliver your package seamlessly. If you provide us with incorrect shipping details, this is unfortunately not something we will cover, in the case of a lost package. Postbox parcels or 'brievenbuspakkets' are not insurable and we cannot open a case with the shipping carrier for such packages.
For International deliveries please allow for 4-7 working days for your delivery to arrive. In the case that it does not the same procedure will apply as detailed above.
For customer satisfaction and efficiency of our deliveries, we rely on receiving the correct shipping information with your order to carry out our service as fast as possible.
We will do our best to rectify any problematic address issues detected before sending your package to you such as: incorrect postal code, missing house number, missing unit number, incorrect city or email address provided. If there is a typo in your email address you will not get your track and trace emails and thus you may miss your package.
Providing incorrect address details or missing data may cause delays. You will also incur additional costs. When a package cannot be delivered it will in most cases be rerouted to a pick up point near to your address. If you do not collect this package in the given time frame (10 days) it will be returned to Runder.nl, this return sending is billed to us by the postal service and we will pass that cost on to you.
To send your package again will cost another sending fee so its important to make sure that you provide the correct details when you process an order on Runder.nl.
PACKAGES WHICH ARE UNDELIVERED - OR MISSING
We rely on receiving the correct shipping details with your biltong order to be able to carry out your fulfilment efficiently. If the customer provides the incorrect shipping details, Runder will not resend the package at our own cost. Additional sending costs will be at the expense of the customer. Various shipping rates apply to different locations. When packages are returned to us due to incorrect shipping details we reserve the right to bill the return package cost to the customer.
If a package is undelivered due to negligence via the carrier or an internal mistake on our side we will of course correct the issue accordingly by either resending or refunding the shipment.
If the package delivery terms are changed by the customer, for example when a courier attempts a delivery but you are not home and grant the courier permission to deposit the package at a chosen safe location chosen by you. Neither the courier nor the sender (Runder) will accept responsibility for the package if it is damaged or is misplaced. By choosing to use the 'deposit permission' option with a courier you accept full liability in the event that a package is not delivered or goes missing. These are according to the carriers terms and conditions and according to Runder terms and conditions.
