Cancellation Right for Consumers in the EU

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period starts on the day you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing by email or another durable medium before the 14-day period has expired. It is sufficient if you send your cancellation notice before the deadline.

How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please contact us with:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you want to cancel.
- The email address used for the order.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you for the returned items, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Returns

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after notifying us of cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have stated otherwise in advance. Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging where possible, together with proof of purchase.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:
- Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons.
- Perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life.
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Sale items, if stated separately in the offer and allowed under applicable law.[1][8]

Subscriptions

If you have purchased a subscription, you may cancel it after the minimum term stated in the subscription terms. For Runder, the current minimum term is 3 months, after which you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting customer support.
