Every country has a different rate. Add your country and address at checkout to see the fee for delivery to your country. We deliver across EU.

How long does delivery take?

Runder works with 3rd party service providers to carry out our deliveries. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times or schedule specific days, below is typically the time frame that it takes to deliver a package from the date of sending. Delivery may take longer or shorter due to the nature of delivery and the logistics involved.

  • Netherlands 2-4 working days
  • Belgium 2-4 working days
  • Germany 2-4 working days
  • France 3-5 working days
  • Rest of Europe 5-10 working days

    Order before 12:00pm - sent same day 
    Order after 12:00pm - sent next day
    Orders sent during Monday-Friday

Confirmed delivery notification, but no package yet!

Post box size packages
The postal service have a little loop hole in the system whereby the notifications can be sent before the package has actually been delivered. This is because the people who deliver letters/packages that fit into the post box don’t all have the handheld scanning devices so the barcode may have been scanned at the depot before it's actually delivered. Sit tight, that likely means it's almost time. 
 

9 times out of 10, these packages are delivered and the notification issue resolves itself.

 

If the package does not arrive after 10 days (excluding Sundays) of your notification please let us know and we can take action on sending a new package if the postal service have deemed the package lost.

I haven't got my package yet.

If you ordered today - don't be silly, it hasn't been sent yet but it probably will have by tomorrow.
 

You ordered a few days ago - Check that you got an order confirmation email. If you did, follow the track and trace link. If you didn't, it's likely your order wasn't processed properly. If you see a transaction but no order confirmation, your money will be returned shortly.

If it says delivered but you didn't get it - please check with your neighbours who may have taken the delivery on your behalf. Mostly this is where missing packages turn up!
 

My package got taken to a parcel shop.

Your package was not able to be delivered to your address and thus taken to a nearby parcel shop. In your track and trace email you will be able to verify which parcel shop your parcel has been taken. Typically it will be in the vicitiny of your address. 

 

Always best to call to check it has arrived. Sometimes the parcel shop will show in the track and trace before the package has actually been delivered there. 

If you do not collect your parcel from the parcel shop within 10 days it will be returned.

Shipping fees for delivery and returns are non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge you for the return sending. It is your respnsibility to manage your order and collection once we have sent it to you.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you are quick we can update it before its sent. If the package has already been been dispatched we cannot change the address while the delivery is in session. It will be your responsibility to collect your package from the address. 

My address is incorrect.

For customer satisfaction and efficiency of our deliveries, we rely on receiving the correct shipping information with your order to carry out our service as fast as possible.

 

We will do our best to rectify any problematic address issues detected before sending your package to you such as: incorrect postal code, missing house number, missing unit number, incorrect city or email address provided. If there is a typo in your email address you will not get your track and trace emails and thus you may miss your package. 

Providing incorrect address details or missing data may cause delays. You will also incur additional costs. When a package cannot be delivered it will in most cases be rerouted to a pick up point near to your address. If you do not collect this package in the given time frame (10 days) it will be returned to Runder.nl, this return sending is billed to us by the postal service and we will pass that cost on to you.
