J'ai essayé le Biltong Whole Fat 500g après avoir déjà testé les snacks (fines lamelles / slices. Le Whole Fat 500g ressemble visuellement à un genre de filet mignon de porc (pour les français). La texture est parfaite avec cette sensation de viande séchée mais suffisamment tendre pour rendre la mastication agréable. Je préfère ce produit aux snacks.
J'ai choisi le goût "original" qui est légèrement salé et très peu sucré.
J'adore le goût même si je ne suis pas un expert du biltong.
Je commanderai à nouveau dans le futur malgré le prix un peu élevé.

Heb vaker wagyu gegeten en ook verschillende gradaties. Eerste keer dat ik deze variant at en was gelijk verkocht. Goede kwaliteit en heerlijk voor een snack!
