FELIX DAVIS

Felix is an uber, ultra go-getter of a human! For him, obstacles are purely obstacles, not stoppers. His adventurous drive is nothing less than uplifting and only demonstrates that everyone could be doing more, for the benefit of reaching their optimal state and primal ability to maintaining a health and active lifestyle.

When you have the ability to self-motivate, a burning desire to evolve, strengthen your mind power and discipline and the power to never give in, you have got yourself a very sharp set of tools that are innate and will serve you in all avenues of life. Felix has done just that and proved how beneficial these traits are to your well-being.

Felix, you are no stranger to us but for our readers who don't know you yet, please set the scene for our readers. Who are you and what do you do?

My name is Felix, I live in the French Alps with my wife and 16yr old son. I started my company FFFHealth.com about 8 years ago now with the sole aim of letting people know how to get fit, healthy and happy by incorporating intermittent fasting and a simple daily exercise and nutrition plan into their lives. Since COVID I have definitely started pushing more into the endurance side of my training.

What is the primary motivating factor that keeps you moving day to day?

To show people that even moving into your 50s, 60s and beyond you can still have a very active and fulfilling life. It just takes some commitment and consistency. 

What does a typical day of training look like for you at the moment? 

I generally start the day with a 8km run with my wife and our dogs. Then hit the gym for a Crossfit or Hyrox session. I usually do about 10 workouts a week.

You've done some pretty crazy adventures! Can you give us a quick highlights reel of what you've been up to in the last few years of building yourself, your business and direction of lifestyle. And what you are currently training for.

2022: My failed attempt at my FFF River Run V1 - a solo, self-supported, 5 day, 330km run/hike/ruck down the length of one of my local Alpine rivers. I also took part in The Wild Mayo Ultra 200km cycling event in Ireland.
 

2023: Successful attempt at the FFF River Run V2. Completed the Valencia Granfondo cycle race.

 

2024: Won my category in The SAS Fan Dance in the Brecon Beacons and did my first  laboratory VO2 Max test in London so I could show potential clients the real scientific benefits of FFFPlan 3.0 (see below)

 

2025: Completed the Mallorca 312 cycle race. In June I'll be doing my FFF 13 Peaks Challenge and taking part in the SAS Fan Dance again...and trying to win my category again!

How does Runder fit into your lifestyle and on your adventures.

My diet is generally very Low-Carb and very High-Protein so Runder not only fits in but is a mainstay when it comes to snacking and extra protein on and off the trail!

What your  favourite Runder product?

The most useful (and most used) are definitely the Snack Packs as I can just grab a couple of bags and get out the door whether training or travelling but at home the Whole Biltong Peices With Fat are our favourite! Also the Snap Sticks are very tasty and good fun to eat!
