MEAT: Grass fed, grain finished. Lean cuts of whole muscle beef with low fat content.

 

FLAVOUR: Aromatic. Marinated in natural vinegar, coarse salt, ground pepper, toasted coriander and a blended mixture of aromatic spices that gives each product a distinct and unique flavour.

 

TEXTURE: Structured, more dry, chewy.

PACKAGING: For multiple servings. Resealable.

Snap Sticks are prepared in the same way as biltong but instead of being cut into thick slabs these are cut into thin strips and then spiced, marinated, and air-dried.

Snap sticks are very high in protein, low in carbohydrates, and pack a tasty punch of flavour.

Whether you are following a regular balanced diet, carnivore diet, Paleo or LCHF diet these meat sticks are the perfect snack.Also the perfect companion to a cold beverage.

Storage Guidance

Environmental Conditions
Store products in a cool, dry environment, shielded from direct sunlight exposure. A pantry or cupboard typically provides suitable conditions. Consider than in winter your house is warmer and this can negatively impact the environment for keeping your biltong fresh.

 

Short-Term Storage
For consumption within 3-5 days, ambient storage as described above is sufficient. However, in humid climates, refrigeration is advisable even for short-term storage.

 

Long-Term Preservation
Refrigeration: Recommended for extended shelf life beyond 5 days.
Freezing: For long-term storage, freezing is an effective option. When ready to use, thaw the product in a refrigerator to maintain optimal texture and quality.

J ai grandit a cape town et depuis que je suis en belgique je me faisait livrer du biltong quand ma famille allait ou revenais donc toujours attendre , avec ce biltong halal car je suis de confession musulman je me sens comme la bas .. merci mille fois car le goût est identique je mange un paquet chaque jour car je fais beaucoup de sport les meilleurs proteine

Its criminal how good this stuff is.

I open a bag and within 20 mins its empty and then open another bag and same shit happens, so open a third..... in 3 days I ate about 10 bags... Guess I don't have discipline but I just can't stop myself when this is in my house

Heerlijke verantwoorde kwaliteit snack

Genoten van een maand lang sliced biltong in alle verschillende smaken om mijn middag dip op kantoor om 1500 uur op te vangen. Handige portie verpakking en echte dikke plakken en dan toch vooral eiwit gegeten. Heerlijk !!!

Gram for gram biltong packs a mega punch and is typically more than 50% protein per pack.

Is sugar added to Runder Biltong?

We use natural vinegar and in our recipe which only contain natural sugars. We do not add sugar into any of our products.
