Boerewors, the Afrikaans word for 'Farmers sausage' is a traditional South African sausage that is typically, and best, cooked, over the flames, on a Braai.

Runder wors is made with coarsely ground 100% beef filling, infused with nutmeg, clove, salt, and pepper which give it that unmistakable Boerewors flavour.  It's encased in natural sheep (thin style) or hog (thick style) casings.
