We use natural vinegar and raisin juice in our recipe which only contain natural sugars. We do not add sugar into any of our products.

Eerst wist ik niet zo goed of het nu bij mij past qua smaak en structuur. Ik had er een aantal dagen wat stukjes van gegeten en ik kon er nog niet aan wennen. Ik lust overigens ook niet graag Beef Jerkey, dus ik moest even wennen. Maar sinds een paar dagen ben ik echt verslaafd! De structuur is heel anders dan die goedkope troep uit de supermarkt en de voedingswaarde maakt dat het een ideale snack is, dat past binnen een voedzaam/gezond dieet. Ik ben blij!

Zoals altijd is de Biltong super lekker en deze mega pack is gewoon geweldig. Nu kan ik extra lang genieten van deze hoge kwaliteit biltong. Ook kan ik het in kleinere verpakkingen verdelen zodat de kwaliteit van de grote zak niet verminderd. Zeker een aankoop die ik opnieuw zal doen!

Great taste tender and well seasoned
So first up I went with the seasoned option to see if the meat is dried up more because of it has more seasoning on it. It was not at all. I love biltong and have been craving some delicious whole fat since I left home (SA)over a year ago. Il be ordering more. Thanks guys great work 100%
