Make this easy biltong powder Dukkah.

Ever wondered how to make a quick showstopper snack that you can impress your guests (and yourself) with? If you've got a loaf of bread, grab a few slices, drizzle them with some olive oil, season and toast them. Then you've got half the job done already.

Follow these instructions and enjoy the experience. of course, make sure you have some Runder biltong powder first.
  • Roast 1 cup hazelnuts and 1/3 cup pecans in a dry pan until fragrant.
  • Add 1/4 cup sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, and 1 teaspoon cumin seeds—toast together.
  • Blitz all toasted ingredients in a food processor to a coarse texture (not too fine).
  • Add 2–3 tablespoons Runder biltong powder (or more, we suggest more) and stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and a shake of black pepper, adjusting to taste.
  • TIP: have a dipping bowl of delicious olive oil to wet your bread before you dip into the biltong Dukkah!

Enjoy!
